Manual harvesting at the optimal stage of ripeness and immediate cooling to maintain firmness and freshness ensure the best condition and quality upon arrival at each destination.
From the third week of October to the last week of December, our cherries reach their destinations in Asia, Europe, Latin America, or the Middle East within 60 hours or less from the moment they are harvested.
